OK as far as rules go, I generally am very open minded. I have a forgive and forget attitude, but I do have lines that I would rather not have crossed.
Now keep in mind, that I am neither a clan leader or assistant, so these rules are open for debate for a while, until we find something that we can all agree on.
Except for these....these are 'freeforums' rules, and if we want to keep the forum running, these must not be broken, there are NO exceptions. If you decide to disregard these rules, your post will be deleted and you will be banned, and the decision to allow you back will given solely to the clan leader and the assistant leaders.
Any forum containing the following elements and/or behaviours will be deleted without further notice :
* Sexual and/or pornographic content
* Hateful or abusive content
* Defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person
* Sale or exchange of medication that requires a prescription from a licensed practitioner, or medicines without prescription / drugs and any other illicit substance
* Copyright infringment / hacking
* Spam / phishing and/ or malware website
* Credit card fraud
NOW I trust you all wont be doing any credit card fraud or distributing oxycottin online, the big issue is PORN. I like porn just as much as the next guy, but we cannot have it here.
Now for my own personal clan rules, and keep in mind I am neither a clan leader or assistant leader, so the rules are not set in any way, this is just how I prefer things. And these apply ingame and on the forum.
*Be respectfull towards everyone ingame: cheaters, ksers, douche-bags, and especially your fellow clan members. Cheaters probably dont understand what you are saying so theres no point in getting all worked up over something you cant change, ask ksers politely to leave sometimes they do sometimes they dont, if they dont theres still no point in egging them on even more if you ignore them they usually leave. Clan members are pretty self explanatory, these are people you want to work with, they help you, you help them...capice?
*Swearing - Well im pretty lenient on this, but its not up to me, my rule of thumb is that you swear to express strong emotions towards SOMETHING, not at SOMEONE.
*Dont cheat, its as simple as that, it makes you look bad and it makes the clan look bad. As far as partying with cheaters goes; I am not going to get into that. I'll leave someone else to elaborate on that.
*Religous debate. I dont like them. I am catholic, my best friends are atheist. We get along because we dont argue with each other about trivial things and we have more common ground then uncommon ground. Knight Online is our common ground, and it should be enough.
Thats all I can really think of, feel free to suggest more or go into more detail in others.
